We power the Reaction Economy. A catalog of our own apps, plus reaction technology we license to content owners — so the moment people react becomes something they can own and monetize.

For Content Owners & Broadcasters
You create the moments. We help you own them. The real battle isn't who owns the content — it's who owns the emotional reaction layer.

Keep the audience. Keep the data. Keep the upside.
R2E deploys as a white-labeled layer on your existing distribution, or as a licensed SDK inside your own player — your brand, your audience, your first-party data.
Drop R2E into any player, OTT app, or second screen in days.
Your brand, your audience, your distribution. Zero R2E branding required.
Every prompt response becomes structured, opt-in first-party data.
Sponsorable moments, premium tiers, commerce, and audience-driven programming.
Latency for live sports. Latency-tolerant for VOD and on-demand.
Streaming was a one-way pipe. R2E makes it a two-way conversation — inside the moment, not after the credits.
For fifteen years, brands built strategies around social platform data. That asset is now compromised — by bot activity, algorithmic manipulation, regulatory pressure in the US and Europe, and the accelerating erosion of third-party cookies.
Our walled-garden catalog generates ground-truth behavioral data inside a brand's own ecosystem. The cleaner the signal, the better the outcome.
PRE-ROLL AD
Skippable in 5sPre-roll interrupts
Breaks the moment. Trains audiences to skip.
Who scores next?
R2E prompt
Native to the moment. Measurable to the second.
Bid on moment types — emotional peaks, places, plot beats — not impressions.
Every interaction is opt-in, native to the show, and measurable to the second.
Vote, learn, sample, buy — without leaving the stream.
Attention is finite. The reaction economy is everything that happens between the moment and the tap. Real human reaction is the new asset class. GNB engineers and owns the layer that converts one into the other — across content, screens, and verticals.
It is the digital marketplace where user engagement — likes, comments, shares, watch-time — becomes currency. It is what comes after the attention economy: it quantifies how audiences react and turns those reactions into moments, data, and value.
Attention is finite. Engagement is the new asset class. GNB owns the layer that converts one into the other — across content, screens, and verticals.
R2E reads the room. Three steps. Milliseconds. The audience just sees a tap.
R2E ingests the stream — picture, sound, captions, metadata — and builds a live timeline of meaning.
A model trained on story shape flags the beat — the emotional peak, the goal, the cliffhanger — with a confidence score.
You believe him?
The right interaction surfaces in the right place — overlay, second screen, app, smart TV — with the right call-to-action.
Each prompt and response is a time-coded, opt-in, multimodal signal of how a real person felt and acted at a specific beat of a specific story. Multiplied across millions of moments, this is the cleanest behavioral dataset in media.
User-journey data from high-loyalty verticals, tokenized into a corpus no other platform has.
Every signal traces back to a real action by a real, authenticated viewer inside the broadcast.
Continuous, unambiguous training journeys — the AI-modeling equivalent of laboratory-grade input.
Verticalized LBMs designed to surface real Intent-to-Buy — not proxies, not look-alike audiences.
The Behavior Model turns moments into targetable inventory — emotional states, narrative beats, locations, intent signals.
We are re-imagining how our digital lives and the world around us can engage together in more meaningful and genuine ways — and building new kinds of family glue around the digital lives of family members.
We are a tech company in media and entertainment. Our deep roots are in healthcare, AI, and hospitality. Our focus is the fusion of consuming and engaging with content. One of our core advantages is applying ideas and techniques from different industries — without the constraints of how-things-should-be.
GNB stands for Grid News Bureau. Bureau as an homage to news organizations of the past. News, because every content and interaction of people with it can be newsworthy, especially if treated right, as it helps shape a society. Grid as an homage to where we are headed technologically and as a society, with on and off grid versions of ourselves. It all makes perfect sense to us :-) We hope it does so to you, as well!
